1. Our Services and Appointment Requests

Killer Detailz Mobile Detailing (also called Killer Detailz) provides mobile detailing and related cleaning services. A request submitted through our website is not a guaranteed appointment. We review the requested service, vehicle or property condition, job location, and our availability before confirming a date and arrival time.

2. Prices and Quotes

Prices shown online are starting estimates, not guaranteed final prices. Quotes may change based on vehicle size, condition, the amount of work required, optional add-ons, travel distance, or information not apparent from the booking form or submitted photographs. We will contact you about material changes to a quote before confirming the work. Promotions may have eligibility requirements, an expiration date, and a limited number of available spots.

3. Service Location and Contact

The address entered during booking must be the location where you want us to perform the service. Please provide accurate directions and any necessary access information. We may contact you using the phone number or email address you supply to discuss your request or arrange service. This does not, by itself, enroll you in automated SMS notifications.

4. SMS Terms — Killer Detailz Appointment Notifications

Program name and description: Killer Detailz Mobile Detailing Appointment Notifications. Customers who voluntarily opt in using the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on our online booking form may receive text messages relating to their own booking requests, including acknowledgments, appointment confirmations, arrival time or window information, cancellations, rescheduling, and appointment-status updates. We do not enroll customers in marketing messages through this appointment consent.

Consent is optional: You may submit a booking request without agreeing to SMS notifications. Consenting to text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. You may still receive necessary communication through other contact methods.

Message frequency varies according to the number of bookings and appointment updates. Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless carrier and mobile plan.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your network and carrier. Text messages will be sent only when the SMS service is enabled and applicable messaging registration is approved.

5. Private Appointment Status Links

If you receive an appointment tracking link, keep it private. Anyone who has that link may be able to view the appointment details associated with it. An appointment is confirmed only after Killer Detailz approves the date and arrival time or window.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services and website change. The updated terms will be published on this page.
