REQUESTS &
TEXT ALERTS.

Appointment requests

A booking request does not reserve an appointment. Killer Detailz reviews requested services, the on-site service address, available appointment times and any quote before confirmation. We may contact you if the requested location or timing is not serviceable. Payment arrangements, if any, are confirmed separately.

Optional appointment texts

If you check the optional SMS consent box, Killer Detailz may text you when your request is received and when it is confirmed or unavailable. Message frequency varies depending on your booking; carrier message and data rates may apply. Consent to these appointment texts is not required to submit a booking request. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You can also call (540) 748-1253.

Status tracking

Keep your private status link secure. It can be used to review the current appointment status without an account. A confirmed appointment is shown only after staff approve the date and arrival window.
